- 2 Cups of Kale
- 1 Medium Steamed or Boiled Beetroot
- 1 Cup of Frozen Mango
- 1 Cup of Frozen Pineapple
- 3 Cups of Coconut Water
- 2 TBSP of Flax Seed
- 2 TBSP of Chia Seed
Directions
Blend until smooth adding more Coconut Water as needed to achieve a smooth texture.
